Dear Anthony,

I was fired for complaining to OSHA about the safety hazards posed by black mold on a jobsite.
I took the time to read the letter that was addressed to you from TrueBlue. I have just two points to make in response. 

I agree that PeopleReady is a brand of temp staffing agency that provided steady income from a variety of short term

manual labor and food service assignments throughout my relationship. I have provided you with materials including
a forwarded email sent to Sandy Betancourt who is Assistant Manager at the Norwich branch of PeopleReady/
TrueBlue. 

Alleged work performance problems expressed beginning on page 4 are all inaccurate. I conduct myself in a

consistent and respectful manner that explains why I earned higher wages than more than 90% of my co-workers at
PeopleReady. Pay stubs already submitted show I was paid $17/hr most recently where I worked in Hartford until the
completion of the assignment. Workers typically earn less than 13/hr with this establishment as they will confirm. 

With regard to new statements made about my performance none are correct and the time to address my questions

and confusion over my termination from the company has long passed. Polite inquiries of record shared with your
office in this matter did not receive any response. 

You are additionally forwarded an example of my communication style in email sent to the company. In it I asked why

I was being removed from all jobs and prevented from working pursuant to my complaint with OSHA. The dates
match on a timeline where I have demonstrated with evidence and records that the company refused to let me work
or honor its previously booked commitments with me immediately following my safety complaint. To be clear all items
suggesting poor conduct are factually incorrect and lay in contrast to communications of record in this matter.
