When CT's GA10 Attorney, Ryan Ziolkowski Esq. Takes The Cake

In New London's GA10 Court, a corrupt outpost of white Italian family members with great hair run a select group of businesses spanning the normal bail bond to corrections-related business ventures collectively forming New London’s local justice system here out on the Eastern Coastline of scenic New England. Here, there's a husky brute of a figure called CT Attorney Ryan Ziolkowski Esw. Attorney at mother fuc**n law. If you're unlucky enough to be poor and charged with a crime by the New London Police, you'll run the risk of being assigned an attorney like Ryan Ziolkowski. And that's where your troubles start: Backed up into a corner with Ryan looming over you, you're told exactly what prosecutor David Smith wants -and it's phrased as an escalating threat which spans from his talking louder, than talking over you, concluding with threats of jail. I tried to get him to get me the police reports since the charges I was hit with were ridiculously false. I was policed for money along with what I would estimate to be 70-90% of other defendants at GA10 Part B Court. The "Part B" stands for :Ba ha-haha" as a group of Bar Members and Judges piss on the American flag outside the building.

Prison Profiteering

And the truth is that they're there to play the prison profiteering game and you;re case doess not turn heads, it can wait. ...and wait. In my cade I continued requesting my police reports and exculpatory (vindicating or name clearing evidence) for 7 years and went through 6 or 7 public defenders starting with Shawn Tiernan, all of whom gave me the same answer the looming brute in the stairwell would give, "No," culminating in a no, and (effectively) "No amd you'll be sent back to prison if you don't do what I tell you."

There were plenty of middle ground statements between the two ends of refusing to get discovery. For example when a cold, hostile public defender, Linda Sullivan was asked with a phone recording the conversation, if she could enter a cell phones location at the time of my alleged offense, she was fast to reply by attaching a dollar sign to the idea of copying and pasting a high-res user friendly screenshot from Google Timeline, which neatly details my exact location way too far away from the supposed crime scene - they inst a viewer understands that my charges are not only false but absurd. They would basically force a civil case and a payout for my time. But Ms. Sullivan told me this would require an expensive legal data interpreter who would charge by the hour and require long court appearances totaling in the tens of thousands of dollars. Mr. Shawn Tiernan, a long time public defender at the GA10 courthouse was more calm during his escalation of the refusal to obtain the basic police reports but more blunt in cutting me off and quashing the cell phone gps on Google Timeline evidence. He said no and that it's not going to happen. The entire interaction with this supposed attorney "on my side" was super similar to talking with a combination of a corpse and a cement wall; Mr Tiernan was blunt and combative to the last drop. He seldom raised his voice at all. Adjusting his signature jacket with shit eating grin. He finally replied to my insistence that he hand over the police report which was an admittedly heated insistence: It is difficult to tolerate each moment in a room with someone whom you see briefly by arranging to be be absent from work once a month for.. what honestly turned into years, to have this brief moment where you have to bounce back and spit out something from your mouth, some combination of words you haven;t tried before that;s going to unlock your basic Civil Rights but no one is there to enforce anything like that. It's all crickets. The law literally isn;t there if the personnel in such positions of power are not comfortable acting in accordance with laws. There is a culture, I wou;d find, of macho-man bravado that goes with the city's law enforcement and justice employees. Those you are supposed to turn to at the top are right in front of you.. it's not an error somehow that they are a wall where your civil rights come to a stop before they start.. you're terminated when you walk into GA10 as a criminal defendant who cannot afford an attorney, meaning your rights are stripped away almost by default. I have seen one or casas in which such defendants did receive their basic discovery of items like police reports but dozens and dozens of the others did not and all of them could relate to what I was put through. Most folded after the first round of bullying.

It Was Fraud

Then it was year three of monthly hearing where my rights were not present.. so I asked for them. And I asked for the video recordings of both of the security cameras, any one of these items would let me walk and be done with this fraud. And it was fraud through and through for certain. and year four of this passes by.. this cannot be a real justice system within the United States' Federal Jurisdiction, this isn;t happening. But it is, Every day in fact.

If A Public Defender Harms You, "Just Sue Them"

Well that is and isn't going to be so.. how to put this: There are special rules in CT that redirect your civil complaint against a 'special class' exclusively reserved for public defenders, you need to use a special official's office at a different address than normal civil suits against, well.. non-public defenders. So it goes.

So It Went

Shawn Tiernan's 'The law Does Not Apply' at last prompted me to file the damn civil complaint against him and so I dotted I;s and did the Ts and the audio recording was crystal clear on my droid app. And no, one should not go into that criminal New London court called GA10 without recording, it would be like a game of Russian rullet to do that honestly, you would not believe what you hear. After jumping through every hoop in preparing the custom civil complaint against my public defender, it received a reply in my mailbox one morning with the audio evidence on flash drive I'd tried to give, and the letter correctly pointed out one thing. I didn;t have the money at the time to get a public notary to sign off on, I don't know my signature so all the evidence and my descriptions and the nice formatting were being returned and the case was closed. I lost.
